HEART ATTACK SYMPTOMS
Chest pain or discomfort: Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center or left side of the chest. It can feel like pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain that lasts for a few minutes or comes and goes.
Fatigue: Unusual or extreme tiredness, weakness, or fatigue, even without exertion, can occur during a heart attack.
Upper body pain: Pain or discomfort may extend beyond the chest to the arms (especially the left arm), back, neck, jaw, or even the stomach.
Shortness of breath: Feeling breathless or having difficulty breathing, often accompanied by chest discomfort.
Dizziness or lightheadedness: Feeling dizzy or lightheaded, sometimes accompanied by fainting or feeling like you might pass out.
Nausea and vomiting: Some people experience feelings of nausea, indigestion, or vomiting during a heart attack.
Anxiety or fear: A sense of impending doom, anxiety, or fear can be experienced before or during a heart attack.
Cold sweat: Profuse sweating, often described as a cold and clammy sweat, can be a sign of a heart attack.
Irregular heartbeat: Heart palpitations or an irregular heartbeat, known as arrhythmia, can be a symptom of a heart attack.
